Driving Directions to the Mount Kisco Office:

FROM the South WEST (Manhattan or Lower Westchester.)

Take your most comfortable route to the Sprain Brook Parkway north. Continue north on the Sprain until the exit for the Saw Mill River Parkway north (toward Brewster). Get on the Saw Mill River Parkway north to exit 37.

Get off at exit 37 (Kisco Ave.), and follow it to the end of the exit ramp. Make a right onto Kisco Ave, continue for a few hundred yards to the first right. Go right onto Croton Lake Rd. for a few hundred yards, to the next right. Turn right onto Cliffside Lane, go to the top of the hill (1/2 mile) to the last house on the left (a white colonial).

Park on the street but not too close to the mailbox. Follow the slate path that starts next to the mailbox, toward the front of the house, taking the left fork to the office entrance. Enter the waiting room. We do not have a receptionist. Be seated and your therapist will come to greet you at the appointment time.

FROM the SOUTH EAST ( Whitestone Bridge.)

Take the Hutchinson River Parkway North to the Cross County Parkway going west. Take the Cross County Parkway west for a short distance to the exit for the Bronx River Parkway (The Sprain Brook Parkway may be mentioned at the same time) going north. After about 1/2 mile the Parkway will fork, take the left fork to be on the The Sprain Brook Parkway north. Continue north on the Sprain until it the exit for the Saw Mill River Parkway north (toward Brewster). Get on the Saw Mill River Parkway north to exit 37.

Get off at exit 37 (Kisco Ave.), and go to the end of the exit ramp. Make a right onto Kisco Ave, continue for a few hundred yards to the first right. Go right onto Croton Lake Rd. for a few hundred yards, to the next right. Turn right onto Cliffside Lane, go to the top of the hill (1/2 mile) to the last house on the left (a white colonial).

FROM the NORTH

Take your most comfortable route to I-84. Take I-84 to 684 South. Continue to exit #5 (which is immediately after exit #6, Rt. 35 and Katonah) to the Saw Mill River Parkway South.

Get off at exit 37 (Kisco Ave.), and go to the end of the exit ramp. Make a right onto Kisco Ave, continue for a few hundred yards to the first right. Go right onto Croton Lake Rd. for a few hundred yards, to the next right. Turn right onto Cliffside Lane, go to the top of the hill (1/2 mile) to the last house on the left (a white colonial).

FROM the NORTH VIA TACONIC PARKWAY

Take the Taconic south to the Underhill Ave exit (this is the exit after Balwin Rd.). At the end of the exit ramp go right onto Underhill Ave for .7 (7/10) miles to STOP sign. Go left onto Rt.129 for 2.3 miles, at which point the road become Rt.118 South, and continue on 118 South for another 1.1 miles to the traffic light. Turn right onto Rt. 100 South and immediately cross the bridge, continuing to the traffic light, a total distance of approximately .3 (3/10) miles. Turn left at this light, proceed for about 100 feet, and make the first left again, onto Lake Rd.

Continue on Lake Rd. for about 1.4 miles, at which point you will see a right turn arrow on the right side of the road. Disregard that arrow and continue straight for another 2/10 miles to the point where the road becomes a dirt road and a sign on your left reads 'Stanwood, no thru traffic'. Continue straight ahead (this is called Meeting House Rd.) on the dirt road for 8/10 miles until it ends. Turn right onto Croton Lake Rd (there is no sign indicating the name here) and continue for 8/10 miles to Cliffside Lane on your left. If you reach the STOP SIGN you have gone a few hundred feet too far.

Turn Left onto Cliffside Lane, go to the top of the hill (1/2 mile) to the last house on the left (a white colonial, #66).

FROM the EAST (Starting at LONG RIDGE ROAD (Rt.104))

Turn left on 172 and go 7/10 miles to Bedford Village. (Note the sign ' 22 North ' on the right just before the village). Turn right onto 22 North, go to the stop sign and continue North through the village. When Rt. 121 veers off to the right, disregard it and continue on 22 North for 1 mile from this point to a sign on your right 'Bedford Hills' with a left pointing arrow. Make that next left (it's a left fork) onto Bedford Center Rd. and take it for 3 miles to the end (a stop sign).

Go left at the step sign for 100 yards to the light and go right onto Rt. 117, bearing right all the way for 2/10 miles, making the right onto the Saw Mill River Parkway South for two exits. Get off at exit 37 (Kisco Ave.), and go to the end of the exit ramp. Make a right onto Kisco Ave, continue for a few hundred yards to the first right. Go right onto Croton Lake Rd. for a few hundred yards, to the next right. Turn right onto Cliffside Lane, go to the top of the hill (1/2 mile) to the last house on the left (a white colonial).
